Follow this step-by-step tutorial to place your order in a few clicks on Secondflor.us.

Make your selection of products

1. Browse through the various categories to find the perfect products for your project: you can select a category or sub-category, refine with our filters on the left or use the search bar in the top right.

2. Click on the product you wish to purchase to view more details: price and available stock, characteristics, photos, conditions of use, full description, related products. Select the quantity you want and click the “ADD TO ORDER” button. Quantity discount will apply automatically.

3. A small confirmation pop-up will appear, confirming that the item has been added to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Note that you can also add items to your order directly in a category / subcategory / product selections page.

Proceed to CHECKOUT

4. Once you’ve finished shopping, review your selected items by clicking on “MY ORDER” at the top of the page.

5. Check that the quantities and product details are accurate. You can change the quantity you want to order. Here, you can also apply any available voucher code.

6. Select delivery method : by default it’s CARRIER DELIVERY. Take note of estimated delivery times. You can find more details about delivery here.

7. A new block will appear to select the delivery address: by default, the address you provided us when creating your account will be displayed. You can select it, update it or add a new address.

8. A new block will appear to select the payment method: please accept the Terms of Service and choose your preferred payment method (credit card or ACH). Note that payment by ACH credit is only available for orders above $200.Enter the required payment details.

9. Click on the button “I CONFIRM MY ORDER”. Upon successful completion, you will receive an order confirmation on the website and via email. Save the confirmation for your records, and you're all set!
